Are your products gluten and dairy free?

Yes. The products labeled “Certified Gluten-Free” have been tested and certified by Excell Analytical Lab, a Canadian-based food-safety analytical testing laboratory. NaturoLyfe guarantees that the products labeled Certified Gluten-Free are gluten-free.

Is it vegan?

Yes. We strive to make our products as hypo-allergenic as possible. Each batch is tested to guarantee it is gluten free.

Is Symbiotic Supreme (probiotic) dairy free?

Yes it is dairy free probiotic that contains 55 billion viable cells comprised of 11 species of human gut-anchoring probiotics to ensure successful establishment in each of their particular niches.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan.

Are your products soy free?

They are mostly soy free, but some products contain phytosterols and isoflavanones which are derived from soy. So if you are extremely sensitive to soy, you may want to consult with your health care provider before taking these products.

What does "third party testing" really mean?

Many supplement companies simply do in house testing of random batches of product to test for purity and safety. Instead, we choose to test EVERY single batch in house AND send out for another lab company to test for both purity and product safety. We never compromise on quality!

What is Magnesium Stearate? Why not add magnesium stearate?

Magnesium stearate is a fatty substance (similar to a super-saturated fatty acid) that effectively coats every particle of the ingredients and acts as a lubricant, allowing production to proceed faster and decreasing wear and tear on the machinery. However, magnesium stearate is not water soluble. A coating of magnesium stearate on all the particles delays and decreases absorption of the active ingredients in the gastrointestinal tract.

By not using magnesium stearate in our products, we make sure that patients are receiving the maximum benefits from the active ingredients in our products.

Can children take your products?

Our supplements and dosing have been tailored towards adults. We suggest you speak with your health care practitioner or pediatrician, who can discuss safety and recommend dosing guidelines

Are NaturoLyfe products safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Without understanding your full health history, we are unable to make recommendations for supplements to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Certain herbs and nutrients can be passed to the fetus and to the breastfeeding child. Please contact your healthcare provider to discuss the safety of taking supplements while pregnant or nursing.

How do I apply a discount code?

Once you add a product to your cart and proceed to check out, you will see a discount code box. Simply enter the discount code and select “apply”. You will immediately notice a discount applied to your order.

How do I edit my subscription order?

We strive to make managing your subscriptions as easy as possible, so if you ever
want to change or update anything, there is a page on our website that allows you
to do so.

You will need to have a customer account on our site that is registered with the
same email address you used to place your subscription order.

If you have that, simply login here and there are a number of options you have to manage your subscription:

  • Change the quantities
  • Change your shipping frequency
  • Pause or cancel your subscription
  • Add more products to your subscription
  • Update your billing and/or shipping info
